Dr. Mainak Banerjee stands out as a distinguished endocrinologist based in Kolkata, renowned for his credentials and expertise. After graduating from Calcutta Medical College, he completed his MD in Internal Medicine. In that year, he clinched the DM seat in Endocrinology and metabolism through NEET-SS. His advanced training unfolded at the Institute of Post-graduate Medical Education & Research, SSKM Hospital, Kolkata, where he delved into the intricacies of difficult-to-treat diabetes, obesity (high body weight), metabolic disorders, thyroid diseases, and other hormonal disorders. He was awarded the Specialty Certificate in Endocrinology & Diabetes in 2019 by the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom, the Society for Endocrinology, and the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists.
